Anavar, First Time Cycle, Questions.

ReturnOfTheMack

New member
I'm 28 years old, been working out for a while, have a good routine, and diet is in check. I am thinking of running my first real steroid cycle.

I ran 1-ad with 4-ad and for some reason, it made me feel horrible. I could barely work out on it because I felt so lethargic. Looking back, I wish I never took the stuff. I didn't make any gains at all, and really did do a good pct. I took arimistane for a while after and it seemed to help me back on track. I am thinking this was not strong enough. I also stopped the stuff abruptly and experienced panic attacks and lots of issues for a few years.

I know a lot of you will laugh at this, but I felt shut down for a while after it.

Do I really need an anti-estrogen instead?

I do suffer from anxiety and depression. I currently take prozac and gabapentin.

My concerns are the effects on my mental health, and liver with orals.

I am sorry if my questions are all over the place as I am very tired but decided to post anyway.

What is a good dose of anavar? or a good anti-estrogen (liquid suspension form) that is the least liver toxic and safe.

Please PM me if you help me more.

This article outlines how to safely run a beginner only oral cutting steroid cycle: http://www.evolutionary.org/beginner-oral-cutting-cycle/

You can use anavar with winstrol as outlined in the article, or just by itself. Anavar does not aromatize into estrogen so you do not need an anti-estrogen with your cycle. That being said, there is a lot of fake anavar floating around so make sure to do your research when picking a source. Check the source reviews section on evolutionary.org if you are looking for a source.

Anavar is pretty mild in the way of side effects. It is a liver toxic steroid, but if you supplement with a good liver aid on your cycle and don't exceed a 10 week cycle, the liver toxicity issues are nothing to worry about.

If you follow the cycle and PCT as outlined in the article - you won't have anything to worry about.

Orals are always a concern. Keep dosages down, duration short, and use N2GUARD. That's the best advice anyone can give you.

Thanks for the replies. What about using an anti-estrogen solo just to boost start my test after messing it up (possible shut down). Would liquid clomid, nolvadex or letrozole help?

Yeah I'm scared sh1tless about the liver thing. I have a bottle of NAC and ALA but again, I take prozac and gabapentin as well as Kratom once and a while.

Are there any serious psychological issues known to be associated with anavar? Probably a dumb question as it is an AAS so the answer is Yes.

Just by taking an anti-estrogen you won't raise your testosterone levels - all you will do, is lower your estrogen. However, you should not do so in excess, since you still need proper estrogen levels in order to function properly. If you want to recover your natural testosterone production, you need to run a mini-PCT with clomid, nolvadex, HCGenerate ES and some Ostarine Mk-2866.

As for the oral cycle, I would not recommend doing more than ten weeks of any oral steroid, and you would definitely need a good liver supporting supplement, such as N2Guard. In fact, I would dare to say that N2Guard is the best liver supporting supplement you can get these days, since it has so many ingredients in it, including TUDCA. Initially, anavar should not cause any sort of mental or emotional issues. However, if you already have some pre-existing problems in that regard, you should act with caution.

This is a pretty much perfect answer. I can't think of anything else to add.

For the mini PCT. This is what I recommend for dosages - 4 weeks of the following:clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day
ostarine at 25mg/day

in the old days they believed that lowering estrogen caused testosterone to rise.. that is kind of true, but in reality is a very inneficient strategy to implement in todays modern world with all the supps and ancillaries we have access to

Isn't ostarine suppressive? Well all Sarms.. So why you recommending it for pct?
