40-50mg is usually the sweet spot. I prefer splitting it in two like AM and PM.
Basically it should start working immediately but to see the full benefits of it, I'd say 1 to 2 weeks.

run right in the middle and make sure it is legit. check the banner for PSL

For me - 50mg and a week or so.
