Hello everybody, i have been lurking this and many other forums for the last few weeks, and i keep coming back to Elitefitness, great posts here so i joined up!.
So i'm planning on starting my first ever AAS cycle, just to see if it's something i'd like to continue (in the future) injectables etc. but since it's my first time i have decided to go ahead with a 6/7 week Anavar cycle.
I have been working in/out for the past 8 years but the last year i have been really dedicated, got my nutrition/macros in track & following a training routine that suits me well.
I'm currently 29 years old (30 next week) and weigh in around 200 LBS (91 kilo) with around 17% BF. I came down from 22% to 17% BF in around 4 months.
I have the following planned and i'd like to maybe get some tips or help from people who have tried var in the past. (i do not want to stack it with something else) so suggesting that will not help i'm not wanting to Gain alot of mass i want to be able to keep what i have whilst going into deficit to get lean and drop in bf%.
Anavar starts at 40/50mg.day for the first few weeks to see what it does for me and maybe bump it up to around, 60/70.
I got Nolvadex for PCT
Not sure yet for a cycle support (any suggestions)? i've read milk thistle etc and hawthorn (or how it's called) during the cycle for bloodpressure (does a regular asperin help with that?)
Now i have been wondering about Gyno and what surpresses it etc, i know that Var got the least amount of sides of any aas altho i'm still not sure what i should buy just as a precaution incase i do get any sides such as acne, fat skin or gyno.
What i hope to acchieve is to keep my LBM but maybe drop a few % on BF, by creating a deficit, i have read that Anavar will let you maintain your LBM even whilst on an extreme (1500)cals total.daily.
I will start this cycle in 5 weeks becuase i'm going on holiday first.
Any suggestions comments are welcome please.
