Anavar & Ckenbuterol Stack

Hey guys I'm starting a 16 week long weight training class at a local college in August. I have never used steroids before, have done one cycle of S4, MK, and GW SARM with positive results. I want to lose more B.F. on this cycle, I hit a plateau with diet and exercise alone and feel I need a boost to jump start my body again. I want to start with a mild oral anabolic and think Anavar is a decent choice. I was thinking about taking 50-100 mg a day of Anavar and 25-50 mg of clenbuterol a day.

The questions are:
Is this a good stack for adding or retaining muscle while shredding B.F?

How long should the cycle run? It's a 16 week session and I want to maximize the gains/losses.

I'm 37 years old. 5'-10" tall weigh 250 pounds 20-23% B.F. and my recent blood test showed total testosterone at 443

Thanks for any help fellas

I'm down 10%. Like I said I have hit a plateau and was looking for a boost to get me past it not criticism.

Do ur research. Clen is dangerous n there's other options. U can't run either for 16 weeks anyways. U got a lot of researching to do bro

A cycle will not "jump start" your body. In fact, you'll be worse off after the cycle. Var will suppress your natural test production so when you're done with the cycle, you'll have to PCT to get it rolling again. You won't see it's muscle retention or weight loss benefits because you simply have too much body fat. To see vars effects, I would be at a minimum 14%. Ideally, under 10-12%. Leave the steroids to serious athletes and lifters

At your body fat, Clen would be extremely unhealthy since it strains your heart. This drug isnt ideal for guys that are in shape, let alone someone who hasnt been training like yourself. You would fail to see its fat loss benefits as well at a high bf and when you're done cycling it, you'll probably experience fat rebound because you don't know how to properly diet.

Diet and cardio would actually be the best thing for you. I promise, the route you're taking will leave you worse off than you were before until you're actually in decent shape

Thanks for the advice guys. I've been killing myself 4-5 days a week on cardio and been watching my protein/fat/carb intake for 5 months now with a 10% B.F. loss but no weight loss. I spoke with my Dr. about this a couple months ago, I'll speak with him again.

Thanks again fellas
