Anavar ---> ANXIETY??

Hey bros,
I just started 60 mg var ED as the beginning of a 12 wk var/test/primo cycle. It's my first cycle ever, so I decided to just go with 60 mg var ED for the first week. Today is only day 3 and I've been feeling very stressed out, anxious, and "on edge" for no reason. Has anyone experienced this with var? I'm also taking liver detox formula (r-ala, milk thistle) and cholestorol support (policosanol, garlic, niacin). Could it be the supps?? I didn't think it would affect my mind this much - help!

I have never had an anxiety off anavar...actualy makes me feel pretty damn good. Chances are youre just thinking too much since this is your first cycle. Youll be good once you see your bench go up.

It might be your lifestyle, something psychological. I've never seen "anxiety" directly from anavar use.

Bump. Could it be r-ala or something? I've heard a few people say anavar makes them "feel like shit." Anyone?

I agree,,,never seen much if any anxiety in Anavar users.

When I first started making liquid var I had trouble getting the proper measurements using the big-assed eyedroppers I had. That batch made me a bit jumpy and anxious until I realized I was mistakenly measuring out like 100mg ED.

DB, try cutting back your dose.

It definetely makes me anxious and edgy, just started 80mg myself (along with my Test)

I think var has more sides than people realise, especially at 60-100mg ED

I haven't had that problem. I agree that it may be the dosage, especially since its your first cycle. Try cutting back to 40mgs maybe even 30 then bump it back up gradually.

though the var COULD be the case ...i would have to agree mostly with the above cuz i had a similar experience (long long ago ...when the earth was still forming and dinosaurs roamed freely) ...i thought it was the gear ...maybe bad or maybe dirty ...my mind played tricks on me ...but for me i believe it was infact underlying psychological issues, and the turmoil in my world at the time at that time ...AND OF COURSE the added AAS just magnified it ...and for me, the proof was that i used the exact same compounds later with no ill effects ...this stuff can and often does f*ck with your emotions at least to some extent (whether you notice or not) ...i'll also say that alprazolam was a life saver back then (and i'm not talkin' about my life ...LOL)
