Would it be okay to mix var and Sulfamethoxazole...anavar at 10mg and antibiotic is only for a couple days just wanted to make sure because I know antibiotics can mess with the system a bit.

It is perfectly fine to be using steroids while taking antibiotics. There will no negative interactions or anything like that.
That being said - antibiotcs kill the bad bacteria that is making you sick but also the beneficial bacteria in your digestive flora. It's a really good idea to supplement with a good quality probiotic to restore your digestive flora when using antibiotics.
