56kg 5ft 4 body fat 9 % and 7 weeks out from comp
I have done 3 competitions in the past 18 months and I feel I have got to where I can get physique wise and want that edge
weekly training is 5 x split body parts 5 x hiit training 2 x long cardio 1hr
diet is 1600 cals and eating a clean diet no cheats
starting hgh about 3 months ago 2iu every other day for cosmetic reasons
but added anavar 2 weeks ago to use for the cutting diet
week 1 2.5mg 2 x a day no sides
week 2 5mg 2 x a day
happy with this dose no sides so far
however have become very vascular and arms and shoulder look huge . In 2 weeks ??? having to rest longer between sets as the pump up is ridiculous . I have also gained 2kg but lost body fat
My question is when do I stop ? i've read 6 to 8 weeks is a good cycle but I'm worried that if i stop before the comp I might get some bad side effects
any advice would be fantastic
