Yeah, I do three week of Nolva 40mg ed for PCT after a 10 week var cycle. No need for anti-e's while on cycle though.

yes, but the typical heavy PCT is not necesary.

something like:

week 1-2 40mg Nolvadex
week 3-4 20mg Nolvadex

would be sufficient.^

Low HDL can cause plaque buildup in your arteries, so you just have to be careful on most AS to take the proper supplements and diet. The thread you are referring to listed them all, so I'm not going to parrot it back. But its not a problem specific to var.
