Although Michael Hayes was not fired from the WWE after his altercation with Bradshaw in "the flight from hell" he did not go unscathed. Although the specifics of his punishment is not known, it is known that they have dealt with him after reviewing what transpired on the airplane flight.
At this point it is believed that the only WWE wrestler left with the potential to be fired from the airplane incident is Dustin "Goldust" Runnels. He was drunk and obnoxious, but no physicality was involved in his portion of the airplane incident. That does put him in the clear as Scott Hall was fired for alcohol-driven obnoxious behavior without getting physical with any other employees.

In a related note, the upstart NWA TNA (Total Nonstop Action) promotion led by Jerry Jarrett is said to be interested in signing both Scott Hall and Curt Hennig now that it is official that they are gone from World Wrestling Entertainment. Things are still in the early stages with those two, we will have more on this story as it develops.

Even with a popper stopper, that site is almost impossible to view. When a pop up occurs, it immediately gets blocked by popper stopper, which causes your screen to flash once or twice. With the number of pop ups that site uses, it is like sitting in front of a strobe light.

Now what is with all these people getting drunk? Man, if I had some of the salaries they are making, I would not cause a peep of trouble.

I am surprised that Hall was fired, that leaves Xpac, Big Show and Nash whenever he gets the doctor clearance to return. Flair maybe the so called "brains" behind the operation, but he has ZERO talent left to work with since Hogan and Hall are out. Hogan had the star power, Hall had the charisma and best in ring performance. And Curt Henning was just a waste of using his second chance (or third depending on how you view it) in the WWE. Most wrestlers his age would have been put out to pasture. I would be surprised if Golddust is fired, since he is in the hot skits with Booker T. That tag team was getting some serious pops to their work and interviews. He was setting Booker T up for a face turn.

On one hand they are firing enough talent to lend a competeing brand serious superstars to use. On the other hand, the way they are firing them, don't be surprised if you see the Iron Sheik or Mr. Wrestling II back on tv in order to fill out the mid card ranks.

Hall is a disappointment. Funt thing is when he first hit with the new nWo - people were saying that he couldn't work a match in his "condition"....he and Austin had a couple of very good matches....

I hope they salvage the storyline with it turning out that Flair's heel turn was just a way for him to get undercover to bust them from the inside. Otherwise he is going to look pretty silly standing around with mid card level talent surrounding him. I mean, who else are they going to recruit? Bradshaw? Val Venis?

No.. he got turned down from WWE.. I think he is wrestling in some European federation.

I heard that while BPP was cleared to wrestle, the WWE was a little worried about ring rust from his inactivity the past year or so. So they "allowed" him to wrestle for that new federation a few more times to get the hang of it again. When he did that last pay per view, it was obvious that his ankle was still bothering him. I guess this is a trial run for the WWE to see if his ankle can hold up.

Then again, let's suppose that he lasts long enough to make it to the WWE..... would he join the NWO? Not is he is smart. When he was in WCW, he was just a mouthpiece and non title holder for the NWO. He didn't win the world belt until he went at it on his own. He has the tools, look, nasty attitude to be a main eventer from the get go. He would come in and dispose of Angle and establish himself as a top tier guy. But it would be demetrial at this point to surround himself by lackeys of Xpac, Big Show, and an aging-not-so-well Nash.
