i wouldnt say anadrol is good for a beginner. if u are gonna be using anadrol u have to be ready for high water retention, and if i remember right from an earlier post u said u didnt want water retention. if u just want to gain quality muscle i would use deca and some kind of test. i think every cycle should have some test.
Yea my test guy only has like 10 vials of TTokkyo Deca right now and I got two. The anadrol is that Han Seo. I had two bottles of that but I took a donation for one.
You shouldn't run A50 more than 4-5 weeks b/c of liver toxicity. I would hold onto what you have now and get ahold of some test.
Then go like this:
Wks 1-4 50mg/A50/day
Wks 1-8 400mg Deca/wk
Wk1 1gram/test
Wk2 750mg/test
Wk3-8 500mg/test
Wks 9-10 200mg Deca, 250mg test
After fronloading my current cycle, I will never do another cycle w/out frontloading. The Deca should start to kick in around wk 4, so you can drop the A50. Make sure you have all the extras (milk thistle, cranberry extract, ALA, nolva) on hand to combat any sides. You're going to retain quite a bit of water, esp. while on the A50. Once you get off of that, you should be able to drop some of the water.
Personally, if I was looking to get strong and still look good, I would get rid of the A50 and try to get some Equipoise or fina. Good strength gain, plus little or no water retention.
