28% of suicides in children are alcohol induced... shouldn't congress redirect their focus?

I suffered depression once, but it was my dumn ass fault-for several reasons i cut my cycle without tapering off or using and post-cycle products..i was also going thru a divorce, and that probably did'nt help any. but being an adult i knew what was happening and why, and i rode ot out.
I think when these young kids do the stuff it could really fuck with their heads.
