When IGF-1 first came out I remember it being touted as "the fountain of youth" or the miracle peptide that induced mucle hyperplasia. Well it seems that those claims were very short lived. Peptides are out and sarms are in.
I've always been a little facinated with igf-1 tho, and since its finally affordable (I remember when it was $500/ mg in my area) I think i will do a little test run. I will do 1 mg spread over 28 days. (30-40 mcg daily).
This thread is for anybody interested in seeing the dosages, effects, and results of IGF-1, and anyone with prior experience please share your results. I will log my results, with an objective view.
I'm still not sure whether I should do sub q or IM bilaterally the muscle group I workout. and Pre wo or post wo. Input Anybody?
