Canned chicken is great, just use it as you would tuna!

sardine is a grat source of protein and good fats

but it is actually rich in fat (more than chicken, turkey, tuna)

I dont get whats so wrong with low fat, I dislike low carb and prefer not to do it. And ive lost about 7" on my waist in a little over 3 months doing low fat, its not like this isn't working.

yeah, i lost an inch on my bicep, and about 2.5 on my chest but some of that was fat. hopefully itll come back with muscle memory though.

the taste is up to you
and what is wrong with sardines bub!
yes it is high in fat but beneficial fats
toss it in a salad and mush it around if you get alittle freakish
the protien in milk cannot be compared to that of fish
and the omega3 levels cannot be denied
there is also canned turkey
canned chicken and turkey no carbs hi protien but alittle high in sodium
stay away from canned ham or corned beef
best to eat fresh but not always convenient
try fresh mackerel if you ever see it
lots of lime a touch of soy it is awesome
 
This shits that you guys are talking about are loaded with sodium nitrate and many more chemicals which are not good for dieting at all .
