deca by itself is a no go, well my 2cents anyway, throw some test in there, push it atleast 10 wks...

test 500mg wks 1-10
deca 400mg wks 1-10

You can run the deca alone and you should see results, although it is best to run it with test as stated above in my opinion.

Thats just a little over 200mgs of deca...why would you want to run such a low dose? You should deff add in test to that..some crash pretty good from deca..you may be one of the lucky ones that dont..but do you want to risk it?

I Don't understand why you would choose to run a cycle like this??? What are your reasons? If you are looking for ideas on what a good cycle would be, I would suggest reading the boards for awhile as a lot of great cycles are suggested. I would suggest a 500+mg Test, 400+mg Deca, and quite possibly cycle in a 17aa oral for a short period,JMO. But, Def. Read the Boards for awhile bro, Good Luck. Drols
