Here's a potentially dumb question: I've read about taking amino acids. What do they do? What is the recommended dose?
5'10, 165, lift heavy weight 4xweek, cardio has sucked ass lately (I know I should be doing more than I've been), diet is mostly clean. Want to increase muscle mass and also lose more fat (have lost 20 lbs recently). Will aminos help in that goal at all?
