What is the purpose of amino acid capsule supplements. Is it the same purpose as Creatine do???


If i stack Protein with Creatine, then whats the importance of Amino Acid capsule supplements.

You don't need amino acid supplements. Amino acids are the constituent parts of proteins, and you almost certainly get enough in your diet. They are not the same as creatine (although they is found in food too). Supplementation of creatine can be helpful though.
