Look for the Clean Foods List in this forum. Those are the foods you should be eating.
You said you eat poorly (based on the pizza, etc) and when you're bored. You can't do that anymore. Eat every 3-4 hours to keep your metabolism up - and this part is not bb specific, it's how normal people should eat!
I left some comments in your other thread regarding calorie and protein intake. That isn't going to change, so you'll need that info.
What does your training look like now? Specific workouts with exercise, number of sets and reps per set - cardio as well. Do you have a book that you log your workouts in? If not, get one. I still have mine from 4 years ago. It's a lot of fun to go back and see what I was doing at that time and where I am now.
