Having someone to spot you helps. it allows you to do another rep you otherwise would have crushing your neck on the bench. get someone to spot you so you can press the extra rep. it will make a difference.

I usually do, but he went to China for the summer and the olympics. Damn Chink.
 
most the time i work out alone...i use a power rack so i can go to failure everytime without worrying about crushing my skull if i fuck up...you should look into a place that offers one it would make your life alot easier and you can push yourself harder

Ok what the hell is a power pack i need to know i too dont have a workout partner but im not scared to ask someone to spot me in the gym either if i need it.
