am I ready for a cycle - pics included

Hey guys,

- 29yrs , 6'0ft 230lbs

-Did one sarms cycle designed by Dylan G
-Went from 280-230 in the last 6 months. With diet, gym, sarms

-Want to try and run test e cycle and strong pct. But would like to know opinions on if I need to keep cutting or is it ok now to try and run a simple test e cycle. Obv with AI and strong pct. I am not trying to get Dylan ripped :) just want to add more muscle mass and lose some more fat. Diet and training obviously being #1.

I say cut some more. I got my best results with (test/tren) when I was ~10% bodyfat.

You and I look about the same but I'm 240 at the moment. Will continue to cut to 215 before starting my cycle.

btw what is the purpose of the cycle?? muscle gain? or cutting? don't say both bro

Id say muscle gain would be the main purpose of the cycle, but I dont want water gains like anadrol or dbol. I would like to try tren, but I will not touch it until I have a lot more cycle experience. I was thinking Test E with some Eq

First off congrats on cutting 50 bro. I'd say get urself down a tad bit more....Maybe another 15lbs and u should be ready to roll.

Personally, based upon ur hard work I would not be a total flame if you wanted to do a 400mg test e run now.....def keep up the cardio thru out and watch ur cals. Nothing wrong with making the first cycle a cutter. Cheers,

Thanks bro, I appreciate the input. As far as cutting on test would you suggest I keep my carbs low and cals below maintenance still? or would I up the cals with protein and keep cabrs low? What would be your suggestion?
 
The only way to cut is to eat below maintenance, otherwise you will not loose BF.

I would say you need to drop more BF before starting a cycle.
 
Need to cut... Plain and simple no need to take anything into you have a low body fat girls it's not going to do you as much good as it would if you were lower
 
If I were you and I had to use steroids I would do a recomposition cycle, something like low Test high Tren with cardio every other day and a ketogenic diet.

Personally I would do a ketogenic diet alone with a fat burner to help with hunger control and energy, then do a Test cycle alone.
