Hello Elitefitness members,i'm new here.. I have a question and this question make me confusing me.. I'm bulk now and i try the size and strength My Upper/Lower Split.. If i'm doing wrong,please tell me and advices me for ''What should I do'' Btw my English is little bad,if you write basicly i'm very glad for you.

Here my Split, by the way i'm 189 cm 83kg 24 years old.

Upper 1
Lower 1
Off
Upper 2
Lower 2
Off
Off
Repeat


Upper 1
Bench Press 3/4 set x 6-8
Barbel Bentover Row 3/4 x 6-8
Incline Dumbell Press 3 x 10
Widegrip Chinup 3 x 10
Laterial Raise 2 x 12-15 ---- Maybe drop this movement?
Preacher Curl 3 x 8-10
Skullcrusher 3 x 8-10

Lower 1
Squat 3/4 set x 6-8
Sldl 3 x 8
Leg Press 3 x 10
Leg Curl 3 x 10
Calf Raise 3x 10

Upper 2

Shoulder Press 3/4 x 8-6
Widegrip PullUp 3/4 x 8-6
Flat Dumbell Bench Press 3 x 10
One arm Dumbell Row 3 x 10
Laterial Raise or Facepull 2 x 12-15 -------- maybe drop this movement?
Barbell Curl 3 x 8-10
One Arm Pushdown 3 x 8-10

Lower 2
Deadlift 3x3-5
Front Squats 3 x 8
Lunge 3 x 10
Leg Curl 3 x 10
Calf Raises 3 x 10

My 2 Off days i'm doing Ab's movement totally 4 set per day.

So,guys this is my workout,if you see wrong,less or absurd part,please tell me your experiences.
