Hello Elitefitness members,i'm new here.. I have a question and this question make me confusing me.. I'm bulk now and i try the size and strength My Upper/Lower Split.. If i'm doing wrong,please tell me and advices me for ''What should I do'' Btw my English is little bad,if you write basicly i'm very glad for you.

Skullcrusher 3 x 8-10
Lower 1
Squat 3/4 set x 6-8
Sldl 3 x 8
Leg Press 3 x 10
Leg Curl 3 x 10
Calf Raise 3x 10
Upper 2
Shoulder Press 3/4 x 8-6
Widegrip PullUp 3/4 x 8-6
Flat Dumbell Bench Press 3 x 10
One arm Dumbell Row 3 x 10
Laterial Raise or Facepull 2 x 12-15 -------- maybe drop this movement?

One Arm Pushdown 3 x 8-10
