Am I doing enough for legs?

Warblade: Remember a few things...
You are doing Squats to build overall mass,
Leg press as a secondary quad/leg builder,
A hamstring exercise,
A calf exercise.

Why not make a list of every exercise that you can do to replace everything but squats.

2ndary exercises: Hack Squats, Lunges, Front Squats, Leg Press, etc...
Ham exercises: Leg Curls, Goodmornings, Glute Ham Raises, SLDL, etc...
Calf exercises: Standing, seated, on the leg press, on the hack squat, etc...

Pick new exercises every week or two...have fun with them and find which ones work BEST for you.

Why do people leg press when they already squat?:confused:

Why not do sideways lunges to build up the groin flexibility and abductors? A sadly neglected area of leg development in BB'ers
Help balance too among other things.

Reverse lunges to huge hammies. Best mass exercise for hammies IMO

I agree with the neglected leg muscles. Walking lunges, side lunges combined with plié lunges and that exercise where you attach the pulley to your foot and move the leg out to in and then in to out all work nicely for me.

WB, these game were built with squats and little else. First three sets pyramiding up then back down on the fourth set. Reps went like 12, 10, 8, 15.
