I am 5'7 and weight 180. I am pretty cut up but I just have some flab around my waist that I gained from my bulking cycle about 2 months ago. I want to start doing cardio about 30 mins after I wake up and would like some opinions on certain things before I start. How much cardio should I be doing in the morning, 30-40 mins? Should I take a scoop of protein in wateer as soon as I wake up so that I can prevent losing muscle?...I know I will lose some muscle but I want to lose the least possible. Will taking the shake right when I wake up hinder my fat lose or is it ok (Its about 110 cals, 2-4 carbs and 25 protein...so its not that much). Would not taking the protein make me burn more muscle if I do the AM cardio? And after the cardio session would 6 egg whites/1 cup of oatmeal and a scoop of low fat peanut butter be ok? Thanks.Any info will be greatly appreciated.
