The key???? Do not for an ounce of fat loss inhibit recovery in any way. The amount of fat loss is minscule waiting an hour to eat, while recovery is put on hold and doing bad thinngs. The body is smart, and if glycogen is needed, it will not magically turn to fat or stop fat burning. The body will use it as needed, for glycogen replenishment. Give the body credit, it is a very smart machine. If you realize what you need, you cannot go wrong. Learn to "feel" your needs, listen to your body, and give it what it needs, no rule of "time" from anyone can change that.
