FYI, I've started runnin in the mornings before work and on the weekends and I'm finding that days I run I'm starving throughout the entire day. Just when my body is getting used to my 3 hr feedings, I'm finding I can barely last that long. This happens when I combine running with weight training later in the day, and on days when I may just jog and perhaps a little working from train to home. Is it just me, or is my body trying to tell me something?
