I'm not cutting nor bulking. I'm just trying to make a little progress over the summer while staying lean. I've been using 5X5 for 6 weeks and making steady progress in strength. Lately I've wanted to eat more because I'm freaking starving all day long!
I think my body may be trying to tell me something. My question is, if I do eat more, should I make it complex carbs, fat or protein? I'm already eating tons of protein, moderate carbs, prolly 150-200/day, and little fat. Whatcha think?
