Altoids Strongest Woman Contest

Did anyone seee the Altoids 1st Strongest Woman Contest on ESPN yesterday???? DAMN!!!!!!!!! Those women were incredible - there were 8 of them, and jacked, and STRONG AS ALL HELL. Even better, the 1st place worlds strongest woman was from the USA!!!! GO USA!!!!

The World's Strongest Woman contest will be back on ESPN2
Sunday 11:30 am (central), right after Strongest Man. It will also be on again the following sunday at the same time.

These were Jills email comments to me on her recent (June 15th-16th) strength competition (Clash of the Titans) in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Hope she posts some pics soon on her website.

"The competition went really good. I won by 5 pts . The 1st day was rough because we were competing on a very wet, grassy field and were doing events like truck push, etc. The 2nd day were really good events for me. The other women are improving, too. I think people will see a big difference in the performance of the women over last year."

She was 5'3'' 175 and 7% fat. I was 5'9'' 175 and 23% fat. She's in-F***ING-credible.

that is a LBM of 145 pounds and she is 9 inches shorter then me!!! Goddamn. I would have to gain at least another 50 POUNDS of muscle to look close to as thick as her.

mmmmk.... It CAN be be that she would have juiced to these kind of proportions and %BF during her BB heydays and now is natural keeping the size with strongmen lifts, but... I highly doubt that she achieved these stats natural.

Anyway I don't CARE if people juice, but I prefer people to be honest about it.....
