Alternatives for Dinner

Hey EFers I need some help.... I just can't take any more George Forman Chicken w/ seasoning salt. I need some healthy dinner alternatives.

I want to stay relatively clean. But I am ok with some red meat options or turkey options. Only thing is I don't do well with seafood.

So if anyone has any ideas they can give me I would apperciate it.

Oh, I'm not really cutting, but I'm not really bulking. I believe I am still in my Newbie gains phase and I am just trying to eat clean to help take some fat off.

Thanks in advance for any help!!!

It will keep you sane!

I have thought about it. But realisticly... I am a very picky eater.. I don't like salsa, onions, mushrooms, etc..... A lot of things that go into cooking.

I can handle them in small amounts... or small amounts of flavor but thats about it.

I am trying to get used to eating foods I previously would not eat but its taking some time.

Go with red meat, it's food that creates strength. I never get tired of the stuff. Whole Foods down here has some killer dry aged beef that's damn good, and damn expensive!

Red Meat-
Rib eye
Tenderloin
Sirloin
NY strip
Ground beef

Bro there is well over 300 recipes with more to come. There is somthing in it for every kind of eater.

Any way what kind of recipes are you looking for? What kind of food?

I'm not really sure what I'm looking for... right now I almost always end up eating Grilled chicken with seasoning salt... which is good. just gets old. This weekend I'm gonna try making some spaghetti with ground turkey and wheat pasta.

We'll see how that goes...
