Alpha Rage pre work out

how many of you guys have tried this product? is it any better than creatine? I feel creatine doesn't give me the boost I need and energy before work out, a few guys take alpha rage ate the gym and they talk good about it.

its got amino acids, caffeine, creatine, and a bunch of fillers like sucralose and dyes in it

a cheap product with a fancy name designed to fool naive young guys into buying it

creatine doesn't give you an energy boost cause it isn't a stimulant. using stims pre workout is not smart. they are counter productive to your workout and they will ruin sleep and are addictive

instead eat a proper pre workout meal and take Dspark which will boost pumps without stims

The problem here is that you are expecting of creatine something that it should not be giving you. It will give you more energy during the workout, which would translate in 1-2 extra reps. But nothing crazy. If you want more energy, better go with DSpark - it has no stimulants in it, so there will be no associated side effects.

All those stim based pre-workouts are no good, since they only give you jittery hands, break your sleep, and they stop working as well over time, since you get used to them.

All pre-workout supplements are basically the same thing. When it really comes down to it, a pre-workout supplement isn't anything more then a fancy energy drink. It's basically a flavoured caffeine drink. It would be almost the same thing as drinking a cup of coffee before your workout. It's not going to hurt you or anything like that but it's basically just an expensive caffeine supplement.

If you want something with heavy stims, use the ECA stack -> https://www.evolutionary.org/eca-stack-lose-fat
It is the most effective and cheapest stimulant stack you can put together.

I honestly am not a big stimulant guy and feel they do more harm then good. 99% of sleep issues are due to using stimulants too close to bed time. The half life of caffeine is about 6 hours. If you take a pre-workout supplement around 5PM after work and plan to go to bed around 11PM, the pre-workout will still be in your bloodstream in almost full concentrations.

You honestly don't need a pre-workout. It's a big misconception that you need a pre-workout to lift. The best thing you can do to get a great pump during your workout is to eat a proper pre-workout meal 60-90 minutes before you train. Something high in protein, high in carbs and low-moderate in fat. Something like a bowl of oatmeal with whey protein isolate and some natural almond butter mixed in.

Those guys talk about it because they "feel" it. That is just the caffeine. Creatine is a good ingredient but not something you "feel". What you want to do is make sure you have a good meal 90 minutes before training and are properly hydrated. You really don't need any pre workout drink. Just stick to creatine and maybe some DSpark. DSpark is great for pumps. Besides that, add in a cup of black coffee when you need the boost.
