Just took a Bridge about 30 minutes ago. Still making good strength gains, but LBM gains are pretty slight now since I'm running pretty low calories to stay ripped for bikini season. Still getting good pumps and definitely noticed increased vascularity in the arms.
if you don't mind me asking, what times of day or with what meals are you taking the bridge?
i was just curious if there was an "optimal" time is all!
(ex: am, pre-workout, etc)
