ok, its friggin cold in minnesota

so i'm thinking of using soups
here is my plan: chicken and wild rice soup
(plus it helps keep the chicken from drying out)

anyone know how i can cook this up so it dont taste like trash?

whole chicken cut int0 pieces
sliced onion
chopped celery
lo sodium chicken broth
wild rice
tarragon
lots of freshly ground black pepper

keep it simple
tarragon goes well with chicken but you can use another spice if you wish
