Very quick to respond my emails before I gave my cc number. After that no reply at all and NO PRODUCTS DELIVERED.

Anyone ever had trouble ordering from them?

I surely will, as soon as I get my refund - if they ever show up.
It was quite a large, international order. 50 pounds of whey isolate plus various supps (3kg bcaa for instance).

they sent 15lbs instead of 20 last year. you better check PF.com or TP.com.

I had two orders from all the whey.com and my order was cool and took a few days to ship to me. I am gonna try the protein factory though because its time for a refill.

Yesterday I got in touch with Rob and Keith from ATW. The packages were going to reshiped this Friday on their expenses and they gave me the tracking number. Rob told me he was out of the office this week having meetings with the post office to improve shipping to other countries.

After posting the link to this thread in their forum the response took like 40 seconds. Pleased so far, I´ll let everyone know when the stuff gets here.

I've only had 1 problem so far out of the maybe 10 times i've ordered from them. But that 1 time was terrible. Took almost a month after about 7 calls to get them to ship it. Only reason I come back is their powders taste the BEST of all the ones I've tried.

Yes I did when they first started and after taking a $$$ loss, I wrote them off to never try again.

I ordered 3 Whey Iso, they sent me 3 Whey Conc. I then, being like -stupid- wrote them and let them know I was sending it back. I paid for shipping to return the 3 Whey Conc and guess what? Never got anything back at all. Except a standard "our records show your order has been shipped" each time I inquired when I was getting my replacements.

I paid for products. I paid for shipping 3x (to me the first time, to send back, and to me the second time) and I didn't get shit to show for it. If I had kept the Whey Conc, even though it was not what I ordered, at least I would have gotten something for my money.

I used to use pf but they messed up a few orders then I found atw. Atw service sucks but they are way cheaper. I just priced the same protein and pf was 150 for what atw charged 93. I am really fed up with atw though. I think I am going to tp.

I was looking at a much higher weight. My prices were checked when I posted. I am fucking done with ATW. My wife and I have given those jackasses so much business. We have referred at least 25 + people. many of them clients of ours that use a decent amount of protien. We buy 30+ lbs at a time for ourselves. They constantly screw up. This time it took over 3 weeks of excuses to get our order. We get 10% off from them normally and they tried to keep up by giving us free shipping. BFD, were not talking to the other companies. I have used pf in the past, maybe again. We'll see who works with us.....
