5mg is a full ml. To dose 20mg per day, you would use 2ml (10mg) twice a day.

you take your ostarine once a day in the a.m...

you take your s4 twice a day... one dose in the a.m. and one in the early afternoon...

s4 has a very short half life, so normally i would dose mine between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. and then again at around 2:00 p.m.
