From what I read, LGD is a lot more potent than Osta. So why is the triple stack still featuring Osta? And why do most people in the thread still go with Osta? Just curious cuz I ran LGD / S4 / GW and was planning to run it again, but wondering if I should give Osta a try instead and compare. Thoughts?

simply because there's less suppression, more healing, less sides, different properties, etc... some people don't want as much size as lgd is capable of putting on and although you can cut with lgd, osta is easier to cut with... they have similarities but still possess different qualities as well... what you run depends on what your goals are, just like anything else... you can run them both together as well if you want... it just depends on what your wanting to accomplish... look at it like this... how do you decide between winstrol and anavar? they possess a lot of similarities but winstrol is stronger but has more sides... people stack them because although similar they possess different qualities as well... same concept, different products... it just depends on the person and their goals from the stack bro...

How long should one wait after finishing PCT (clomid, torem and osta) before running an S4, lgd, and GW cycle? I'm on week 3 of pct. I understand this will be suppressive..

Hey if you run LGD and Osta together what can you expect the difference to be vs running them separte?

I've done the osterine triple stack in the past and right now I've been running LGD and S4 for almost a month and a half. In a couple days I'm going to add Oxandrovar into this stack and planned on using ostarine in PCT.

If it would be recommened to add Osterine now and run LGD, Osterine, S4 and Oxandrovar for 6 weeks and then continue with only osterine into PCT I would/will.

I had thought LGD and Osterine at the same time was not a god Idea but apparently I may have missed an update on sarms that says differently.

never once did i every say they were exactly the same... never once did i say you couldn't run them together either... NEVER was that said... what was said is that they have many of the same characteristics and that other stacks were more optimal but NEVER was it said that you couldn't run them together or see good results running them together... read my articles at Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMS) - Evolutionary.org I wrote them so everyone had a good reference on everything... you can see see the benefits of what each one provides by reading the articles...
