Im just about to start a s4 and ostarine course, what dosages would you recommend and can I get away without a pct.

bro, have you done any reading at all? you can't "get away" without a pct... all you need to do is run hcgenerate es 4 weeks for pct but you MUST run a pct...

osta 25 mg day dosed once a day

s4 50 mg day 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later

Yeah,fair enough I walked into that!! Just read conflicting information on various pages. So I was just checking!

You did kind of leave a meatball hanging over the plate for Barry bonds to take a swing at. Osta really just requires a mini PCT. It's not as heavy as like a methylated gear would be. You will be thankful once you try them out. They are seriously very versatile. You can recomp cut build mass do whatever you want with them.

Have fun getting your stack from sarms1. My buddy was so upset after he didn't place top five in a recent competition. I told him about the LGD from SARMS one and he is raving about it. I really wanted him to do a log on here but he is just too busy he said. Also, he is not very technologically Advanced.

I'm guessing these guys aren't reading the 260+ pages, too bad because this thread is the MOST comprehensive SARMS thread on the internet!
