If its already been covered and i missed it i apologize but whats the trend/reasoning being starting the LGD at such a high dose now? Is it just much more anabolic or what? Ive read logs where people have gone over 5mg and said it did not make much of a difference but then again that was towards the end of their cycle. Anyone want to fill me in?

there is several reasons why... the initial recommended doses were what unique recommended... that had nothing to do with any of the ACTUAL human studies that were conducted that showed users taking up to 22 mg a day with no side effects an minimal suppression... there is also a question on uniques product quality as of late as well which really inhibits a true judgement of the strength and quality of ACTUAL lgd... it is difficult to say... the main reason I didn't start advising on lgd use for many months was because I needed to see actual studies and not just a few logs... these numbers are based on these studies... 10 mg would actually seem to be a moderate dose... I have also had several of my clients run it at this dosage with excellent results and no side effects whatsoever... i had them run hcgenerate es with it and run a full pct and bloodwork and recovery all showed up excellent...

I have gone through an entire bottle of LGD from unique and it did absolutly nothing for me. I rampted the doses from 0.3 ml/day up to 1 ml/day. I don't know if the product spoils but the taste has changed. It's much stronger than it was at first. I've began to refrigerate my SARMS. I don't know if it's necessry but I figure it can't hurt. I have a bottle of LGD from unique left I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it. Probably try dosing it at 20mg/day and see what happens. This will be after I'm done logging LGD from SARMS1.

you need to keep you sarms in a cool, dry place... do not refrigerate them...

Yea I wouldn't refrigerate your sarms.

As for your unique LGD, I'd do what I did with my last order of sarms from them.........throw it in the trash. After logging your Sarms1 LGD I think you'll understand how true LGD is supposed to work

I know you have said that Ostarine and LGD are different products with different overall effect, but from everything I've read LDG just seems just be a stronger version of Osatrine. What is the major differences between these two products?

I've read all of them. Ostarine and LDG appear to provide similar results with Ostarine being less suppressive and less likely to have significant side effects. So why would one opt for LGD? I did simply because Ostarine from unique did little for me. I did notice some changes, mainly recomp, but not what I was hoping for.

bro, i get the point about uniquemicals... you have said it hundreds of times... we get that... that's why they have been dropped as a sponsor... lgd is more anabolic than osta, allows for more growth, bigger gains, etc... its much stronger than osta in terms of the amount of size you can put on...
