Man you are full service here!
I've read your triple-stack articles and that sounds pretty, but in roughly a month I would like to drop my TRT for
two-to-three months and see the impact on my Hematocrit. (Don't get me wrong, it's not not in the danger zone but high for my taste) What I would like to accomplish is at least maintain my 200lbs and drive in the gym, if not gain a few lbs or lean down while preserving muscle.
In the future I am going to be more mindful of my labs and if this works out, leverage SARMS more frequently to avoid Hcrit climbing too high.
What would you recommend for this scenario?
I'll skip the life story, but in short if it helps:
- 35yo
- 6'1 ~ 200lbs, roughly 10% (bigger than my buddies, but not huge)
- Full-on hormone replacement due to chronic illness (Testosterone and low-dose GH... lucky me)
- Train 3-day split back to back, cardio in between and night before leg days
- Currently eating roughly 3,500 cal/day, a pretty thought out meal plan
Thanks for any input! - T
