you definitely want to run hcgenerate ES on cycle with it... i would run it the entire 8 weeks... if your trying to add size, then creatine is a nice addition with it as well... i would run aromasin 12.5 mg eod... then a strong pct...

Just looking for sme info on lgd, i am planning on running an mdrol cycle shortly and wanted to run an lgd cycle after, my question is lgd being suppresive do i have to wait the standard time on before running.

right now its hard to determine because bloodwork is not showing lgd to be nearly as suppressive as it was thought to be.... i would still hold off on using it too quickly but i would only take half the usual rest for it...

Dylan - just in terms of timing of an AAS cycle after a Sarms bridge, is it fine to start a Test and Eq cycle immediately after the end of the mini PCT i.e basically 22 days after the end of the Sarms bridge. Thx
