What kind of calories do you want to eat on a GW/Osta/S4/albuterol stack to cut as much bf as possible and not loose muscle? Thanks.

Bro how can i answer that when you give me nothing to work with???? Come on bro... Give me stats, how often you train, maintenance calories, etc...

Sorry I meant based on maintenance calories, do you normally want a small or large deficit? I train 4 times a week and do 2-4hrs a week cardio. Right now I'm doing a hella/katana/rs transaderm stack, based a cycle you recommended on a different forum, currently 199lbs around 16-17% body fat. Currently eating 2200-2400cals on workout days and 1800cals on rest days or if I just do cardio, some days are cardio and weights. Planning on starting the SARMS stack after PCT.

Oh and based on the online calculators I'm around 2400-2600 for maintenance calories.

Your body fat is pretty high so your probably not showing much muscle... You must have issues with your diet... This is a sarms thread bro so you should post your diet in the diet section for changes that you need to make

I was 26% 3 months ago and got to 18% before starting hella/katana/rs transaderm (bod pod tested), not sure exactly what I am now but defiantly less than when I started that 3 week ago. I'm logging all my cals and not eating junk.. I'm no expert but I think I'm eating pretty good now and I'm currently basing my cals off Rick's recommendation of 2400/1800 for recomping. I've read most of this thread and a gw/osta/S4/albuterol stack seems to be good for cutting bf% and it appears most people are doing a calorie deficit but just wanted your opinion what was optimal. I probably should have done SARMS first to get rid of more bf% first but I didn’t know much about them. I know I still have a long way to go but I'm working on it. My long term goal is to get down to 10%.

Great work so far... This is why you cant be so vague when asking questions man because how was i to know any of that?? You should have run sarms first but thats ok... You will get more of what you are aiming for with them... Keep working hard and you will get there!

How was your dieting and training?

Training: 2 split with 3 weeks low rep 3-5, and 3 weeks high rep 8 -12 cycling.
About 4 weightworkouts a week (some times up to 5) and 2 kickboxingsessions.

Diet was good, about 200g proteins each day (84kg) and cycling a bit with low and maintenance calories.

I've heard from of my buddies that the osta from unique is not as strong as the one from sarmssearch, but I dont know :)

Hey Dylan, I'm back again :)

Just had a quick question, I'm about to start a regular cutting cycle with the generic Osta, S4 stack. I have everything on hand at the moment and I was wanting to start right away, but I don't have any HCGenerate. I was wondering if it would be alright to run the cycle without it, I'm thinking it'll be fine since SARMs are only slightly suppressive and I'll be running test infusion in my pct anyway.

So what do you think? Go for it or hold off?
