Sorry I meant based on maintenance calories, do you normally want a small or large deficit? I train 4 times a week and do 2-4hrs a week cardio. Right now I'm doing a hella/katana/rs transaderm stack, based a cycle you recommended on a different forum, currently 199lbs around 16-17% body fat. Currently eating 2200-2400cals on workout days and 1800cals on rest days or if I just do cardio, some days are cardio and weights. Planning on starting the SARMS stack after PCT.
