osta and s4 do not compete and stack like peanut butter and jelly bro... after you complete a mini pct from a sarms stack you only need a week off and then can start your cycle...

Beautiful, just what I wanted to hear. Thank you sir. Any chance of increasing LBM while on a caloric deficit with these? Losing about a pound a week with diet and another pound a week with exercise.

its definitely a good possibility dependent upon your training and how clean you are eating but it can definitely be done

Sounds good. I will just count on it helping maintain and if I put on any LBM it will just be a nice little surprise. As for training it's pretty hectic during the season, weights 3x/week, practice 4x/week, and games 1-2x/week. Diet I'm getting 2000cals/day, 78f/125c/200p. Try to keep carbs to a minimum before training so I can spike insulin post workout for whatever it's worth. On game days I carb up/refeed so I can perform.

Is it more effective to dose GW in one single AM (pre workout) dose, or to split it into two doses. If so, how many hours apart?

Dylan - wrt your 12 hour spread for GW - I have also read comment that it is ideal to dose GW before a workout. I do double workouts - am and mid afternoon. If I have my first GW dose at 7 am before morning ride, then swim at say 3pm, should I have my second dose before my swim - 8 hour split- or wait till 7 pm ?

that will be okay... 12 is optimal but that will still be fine bro... you definitely want to take it before your workout...
