For all of those in the New York area, which gyms do you train at?

I currently train at the JCC Manhattan, on Amsterdamn and 75ish [i get a free membership from my family]. I used to train at Equinox on the next block, which is a super nice gym. Before that i was at the NYSC at 80th and Broadway and the NYSC at 23rd and Park. NYSC is waaaay too crowded. Equinox is expensive, but super upscale and beautiful equitpment.

Today i actually got a job at the Equinox on wall street [i am super super pumped about the Equinox Fitness Training Institute] which has LEATHER couches in the LOCKER ROOM!

ALl the above was NYC by the way.

I got wicked lucky. One of the trainers at my gym is also a trainer at Equinox and he set up the interview for me. Before that, i tried to send in my resume and stuff to no avail.

The way it is explained to me is that they have educational classes that rotate every couple of monthes. The current classes started last week [of which i missed the first one]. I think when the classes end, that is when they are looking to hire new people for the start of the next session of classes.
