So all i have is arimidex & clomid for a pct, do they work well together? Or should i just drop the arimidex & run clomid alone? running 50/25/25/25 of clomid eod, & .5 arimidex eod

Your natural testosterone production is not going to recover from just using clomid as a PCT. You need to run a much better PCT protocol. This is your health you are talking about. Not running a proper PCT will prevent you from keeping all the gains you made on your steroid cycle and your natural testosterone production won't recover.

stacking a SERM and an AI during pct is so outdated. the theory back in the 80's was if you dropped estrogen during pct that would cause T levels to bounce. this is a ridiculous idea because we need estrogen to build muscle and have libido in the first place

also SERM's cause a drop in IGF-1 and have a series of side effects.

so just depending on that for pct just isnt' wise .. you need to run a comprehensive pct.

You will need a much better PCT or you will not recover and lose all your gains. For next cycle make sure you have your PCT products on hand before starting your cycle. This is a rule you always want to follow. For PCT I would recommend clomid, nolva, HCGenerate ES, Ostarine, and Cardarine.

You will not get far with this sort of PCT, as it is not even close to being enough for a proper recovery. You should never cut corners on PCT, as it will determine how much of the gais you will be able to keep after ending the cycle.
