If there is any suppression on Ostarine it is at the higher doses and longer cycle lengths. 12.5mg is where its best run at IMO, but the AI is not really necessary. There isnt any elevated estrogen issues from Ostarine that I've heard of. Even after a higher dosed longer cycle length, a natty test booster is probably all you need to return levels to normal.

I would assume it should be okay for a while since it doesn't require refridgeration in the first place. That would suggest that the chemical structure is meant to withstand room temp......which would imply to me that it should keep for a quite a while.
Actually i got the answer from sellers and its this: unique's S-4 is good for 90 days after opening the bottle, assuming it remains closed and away from heat, genx said their stuff is good for 10-12 months (!) and both are reconstituted with custom PEG mix. Didn't ask from sarmssearch but I guess its the same.
So anywhere between 3 months and 12 months? lol
I would think it would have to be good for more than 90 days........theyre probably just lowballing to play it safe.
If you open a bottle I would just make sure and use what you have within a few months and you will be fine
I ran OSTA 12.5 mgs for a while with absolutely no side effects. So if you really are worried about sides you can safely cut to there.
Side note, OSTA and S4 both made me horny like a fucking rabbit........so I doubt their suppressive reputation

I take care of storage for my rats. They tend to be irresponsible and ineffective when handling their substance.
SS is right there with all the other guys as far as how long their sarms will last after opening. cool, dark place is best for storage.

Hey mate and anyone who wants to help out here
I only ordered 30ml - 50mg/ml of Osta and 30ml - 50mg/ml S-4
I was slightly negligent on the fact of working out how much I need before placing my order
how would you recommend taking this?
I just finished my Test E cycle two weeks ago, hopefully comes next week for Bridge till my next cycle which is to be Sus and Tren Ace

Standard dosage for OSTA is about 20-25 mgs a day. for S4, 50 mgs is about the standard. So thats what I woudl dose them at.

Alright here is how I am going to run these compounds:
1-8 25mg Osta ed
2-8 50mg S-4 ed (split to 25mg 10am - 25mg 4pm)
how long shall I wait after these compounds till I can start my Tren Ace and Sus cycle? I'm guessing a couple days after?
I will make a progress Thread and report how I am feeling along with pics as there doesn't seem to be any of these atm for future reference for fellow EF members. Sound good?

Do you mean if you use it while you are cycling other AAS? Or do you mean if you do a cycle of SARMS?
In the first scenario you definitely still need PCT. In the second, if you are using S4 or extremely high doses of OSTA, you may experience suppression afterwards in which case a bridge/HCGenerate PCT or something of the sort may be in order.
I think what he is saying is that if he uses osta or S4 would he need to use PCT afterward. Some people do some people don't but I didn't and I recovered fine from taking 12.5mg of osta ED for 6-8 weeks but I will use some AI and DAA next time just to keep things going and see how things go.
you need to break from the sarms before you start aas....they both go after the same receptor. so give at least 2.5wks off before the test/tren.
x2x....too many ppl buy low low quality product. not saying SS is the only place to get shit but you can count on quality from them.

But SARMS doesnt block the receptor, it binds to it.......just makes it hyper-sensitive.
Some people say they see increased results on AAS while doing SARMS because of that property.

Probably the same amount man, I personally wouldn't take OSTA over 25mgs whether by itself OR as PCT.
15-25mgs has always been a good range for me for roughly 2 months. Although I will say that I've never used it for PCT, so its really not my call.

Me and friend are testing S4 as we speak, 5 days on, 2 off, 50mg, yesterday, our first day off we noticed just a small yellow taint on white light etc, today its gone. Tomorrow, 50 mg going down again!
After 1 week we both feel harder in the body, after 4 weeks i'm really excited to se the results.

Leturis mate that is some good info, I was going to be taking my Osta at 25mg a day (waiting for the shipment should arrive anyday) however would you say 20mg a day should be suffice?
you should keep us posted on your results with S4 on this board, update progress every now and then to keep us informed as you're currently running the S4 how I will be but I'm combining with the Osta..

But supression on OSTA is rare, most people get supression from S4 but not OSTA. Just goes to show you how person-dependent side effects can be.
I hate to say it, but I just proved my own point.......
I decided to order from unique after hearing the good reviews in this thread and see what it was all about, and they are suspiciously not supported by paypal anymore.
When you attempt to check out, it will say that paypal refuses to transfer money to this sender. So, I thought that may not be a big deal, and I emailed unique with infor about my cart and questions on how to properly transfer payment.
2 Days later, I have yet to receive and email back from them and I am still unable to check out.

Use what you want, but not all products are created equal. Sarms Search is the only sarms I would ever consider using.

Keep on with 5 days on and 2 days off then, thats the desired result of the break for two days. I ran S4 for almost 8 weeks straight without taking any days off and never had any side effects. I also put on 8 lbs that have stuck around to this day

i agree uniq needs to hire someone to reply to emails, ive sent a few emails over past few days with no replies but they sure are super fast to ship out orders before lol.. fast email replys is #1 in online customer service. as for thier paypal payment got overloaded and they are working on fixing that. shouldnt take to long to fix paypal payment issues.. you can call them and they answer right away..

mate it says ml as it is a liquid oral, so there is 50mg per ml so for Osta you generally take 25mg per serving which equates to half a ml every morning, you have an oral syringe that you use to measure it and just squirt it straight in your mouth.

The mg per ml is the concentration. Just saying that for every mL there is so many mgs of substance.
Sarmssearch stuff is a 30ml bottle, and the S4 is 100mg/ml. So you would measure out .5ml with the dropper if you wanted 50mg and take it orally.

It's pretty much common knowledge, on this board, that EF sponsors are all G2G. Yea but its also not black and white. Every product is a shade of grey as far as how good it is......you cant boil it down to good or bad. SS is also a part of this board so you know that they sell quality as well.
Also, I fail to see how the fact that a company pays money to advertise on the board makes them legit. I'm not saying that any of our sponsors aren't, that just seems like flimsy proof to me.

because if the paying sponsors did not sell legit stuff the owners/admin's/mods would find good sponsors to so the fourm has a solid place to order from.
you have all these consumers with a common need, why not find a good supplier and make a bit of money....I would, in a heart beat. but only if i could do it and still sell legit stuff. still provide my users with products that work as they are advertised.
I see your pt, but a sponsor wouldnt last if they didnt provide quality product. all the users would bash the shit out of them.

Yes, you can run these chems individually. S-1 (MK-2866) is perfect for PCT.
