Alcohol Based Drinkable Winstrol?

I was talking to a friend about winstrol and he brought up Winny made in Alcohol rather than water. Not for shooting but drinking. I know winny is water based and drinkable. Is this alcohol based winny somthing new? He said somthing about the properties holding up better in Alcohol than water. This is not for shooting but drinking. Anyone know of this?

he may have had raw winstrol powder mixed in some alcohol like everclear.
