When cutting if alcohol is consumed (even though it shouldnt be but once a week in replace or as a cheat meal) should you still consume your last meal of protein and fat (like a shake with udos) when you get home? I know that when alcohol is consumed you stop burning fat until all alcohol is burned so on that basis should this meal be avoided or should it be worked into your caloric intake? Opinions please....
