Hey how about an update , how is that protein from amer casein?
Thats a good price , it would cost me about 30 bucks in shipping cause im in socal (dam i hate that) but its still comes out a little cheaper than supp direct and protein factory.
Whats it like having a 20kg (what is that about 45 lbs?) bag that has to be like one of those heavy duty tall garbage bags.
