ALA and bad smelling pee

What the hell is that smell after you take ala and pee???

Are you drinking enough water? Urine can become very concentrated, hence the smell, if you're not getting enough water

I started taking r-ala this week and I've noticed that I'm getting the usually smell. I thought I read that the R version doesn't do this though.

I am drinking a gallon to a gallon and a half a day. I don't think that is the problem. The smell is just rank!!

There's realy nothing you can do about it except stopping the ALA. the smell from r-ala does seem milder so you may wanna get that version of it.

Smells nasty eh!! I've noticed that when i'm taking ALA i can stink up the entire washroom by one quick piss!!! Just a part of the package!!!

I get it too- but it's not a big deal- urine always smells bad.

I am not going to quit. Just wondering what it was that makes it smell like this and if it is hard on your kidneys?? I am sure Macro or uter will know!!

It smells like rotten cabbage or burnt plastic even with 2-3 gallons a day. I don't think it's hard on the kidneys.

Maybe I'm way off base here but isn't ALA extracted from asparagus and that's where the odor comes from.

Is this the common concensus, just curious why ala gives off that smell and rala doesn't... That smell is not normal...

ALA is sulfur based ... thats why your pee smells like rotten eggs. It's quite OK.
