Yes they definitely do work together according to all the research. My point was, when you look at the amounts used in most of the studies, it appears that you would have to use 100s of milligrams per day to get those results. Again, I would love some real world feedback, but from everything I researched it just doesn't seem cost effective. GW is relatively inexpensive for the results it produces. But if anyone has any real research experience with AICAR I'd love to be proven wrong as I'd love to try it out!
