Anyone can have a flat 6 pack stomach, anyone. There are many many many women that have kids, get super fat, and come back and compete. Quite honestly most people who bitch about there stomachs and never getting lean, simply are not strict enough in there diet and cardio. However, diet is the most important.
I do not believe its genetics, however, good genetics will make it much easier. Its all about 3 things:
1.) Diet, you have to be super strict on your diet. Don't expect fat burners or anything to help you if your diets isn't near flawless.
2.) Cardio, you need to make sure you are doing lots of cardio. Personally, when I am cutting, I do 6 days of 30 mins each. So I wake up, hit the gym, lift, then do 30 mins.
3.) Training. Keep your training very intense and focused. Visualize yourself where you want to be and get it!
Really, all you need to do is be very strict with everything. When I am bulking and get fat, and yea, my guts gets big, I don't see any abs at all. But by the time I am don't cutting they are all there and hard as hell. How do I do it? Same as everyone else, Diet, Cardio and training. The first 2 being of the most importance in getting and staying lean.
Have faith you can do anything!
P.S. No amount of ab excercises will ever get you a 6 pack.
