Ahhh! I Cant Seem To Get My Stomach Flat !!

i have been doin everything...curnches dieting fat burners!!! ahhh everything that u can do on a cutting cylce (expept non natural help) and i cant seem to get my stomach flat!!! yes u can c the 6 pack muscle! but the gut is still there for some reason??? any one have an explanaiton for this??? and or n e ideas of what i can do to flatten it??? im about to bulk soon n scared of getting it larger!!! plz help thnx
 
Those Vaccume things are supposed to work

There are muscles in your stomach area that help keep your stomach in rathre than stick out...

I believe you are on you knees, bent over... exhale all your air, and then suck your stomach in... and repeat... I think that is how you do them... someone correct my vagueness. :)

i've read that but my stomach will never be flat :(

Have faith my brotha... it could be some day... you are just a REALLY big guy... With the size of your shoulders and back, your best bet is to get your chest huge... and then get your stomach down as good as you can...

My thing is... if my chest sticks out further than my stomach, I"m all good. :)

Anyone can have a flat 6 pack stomach, anyone. There are many many many women that have kids, get super fat, and come back and compete. Quite honestly most people who bitch about there stomachs and never getting lean, simply are not strict enough in there diet and cardio. However, diet is the most important.

I do not believe its genetics, however, good genetics will make it much easier. Its all about 3 things:

1.) Diet, you have to be super strict on your diet. Don't expect fat burners or anything to help you if your diets isn't near flawless.

2.) Cardio, you need to make sure you are doing lots of cardio. Personally, when I am cutting, I do 6 days of 30 mins each. So I wake up, hit the gym, lift, then do 30 mins.

3.) Training. Keep your training very intense and focused. Visualize yourself where you want to be and get it!

Really, all you need to do is be very strict with everything. When I am bulking and get fat, and yea, my guts gets big, I don't see any abs at all. But by the time I am don't cutting they are all there and hard as hell. How do I do it? Same as everyone else, Diet, Cardio and training. The first 2 being of the most importance in getting and staying lean.

Have faith you can do anything!

P.S. No amount of ab excercises will ever get you a 6 pack. :)
 
Vacuums - Arnold's Encyclopedia p. 561

"To practice vacuums, get down on your hands and knees, blow out all your breath, and suck in your abdominals as much as you can. Hold this for 20 to 30 seconds, relax for a few moments, and then try it again two or three times."

Supposedly, vacuums will also give you a narrower waist. If I remember right, Frank Zane practiced vacuums while lying in bed every night.
