went to hang out for first time in a while at the bar last night.....got the ol' "steroid look" from everyone...the ol' point and stare and whisper technique...even had several acquaintances straight up ask "so, what steroids are you on?" you can't do nothing but just go along and play part of the joke.....i even went out to grab my cell out my truck and said "be right back, gotta go inject".....

some funny shit.

talk about growing out of your fitted cap in an hour.....lol

good to know results are being noticed..... :evil:

well i really couldn't blame them.....my results are very obvious.....very noticeable change in past 6 weeks.....the only 'hater' there was the guitarist in our band.....he was making smart ass comments like "well, nah, 'I' wouldn't want to look like that", etc....trying to be funny....you could hear the jealousy in his tone....

i don't speak much anyway around people, so the less i was saying, the better it got.....especially when i ended up bringing home one ol' boy's ex-girl.....she was thorougly impressed with my "weights" :p

ok, my heads swole, i know....LOL

lots of props to macro, ulter, bruce410, FCF, needto, drrman, solid, biggt, omega, mikefear and i can't even keep up with all you others, but all you that helped me get this past month under control.....its things like last night that really make you appreciate the good bro's here!!!
 
My co-workers at my gym always try and coax me into admitting I'm on gear, but I got em fooled because I'm always in a good mood and nice to people. They think you have to be mad and rage when you're on juice.

hah ahah ahhahahahahahah :p you took his ex home "LOL" i love it .i was at a bar a couple of weks ago and 4 little guyz all jumping around looking at me(they were 165 at best) saying out loud "wheres the juice" i laughed at them and said ,trust me you would know if i was on !!!!! they got scared .little fucking shits ,fuck all there women and stick your thumb in there ass for all of us here :P .they have no idea how hard we train and diet .its a life style and a great one ,cheers :)

yeah man....been working on it....tried yesterday with camera phone, but its all wacked out.....need a digital with auto feature....think we have one at work i might 'borrow' tomorrow :chomp:
 
posted the few camera phone pics i took over last few months.....in my gallery....not the best quality, but shows progress (titles are the date)

5/25 - (what happens when you cease training, go on the road, and live on beer, pizza, poon and metal). began a cutter....just diet, cardio and back to heavy weights
6/28 - 10 lbs lost or so
7/23 - another 8+ or so lost....can see muscle memory coming back.... :) also 10 days into cycle
8/14 - 4 weeks in cycle....diet in check, about to introduce dbol to a kicked in test.
9/14 - 2 weeks from end of cycle....wish the lighting/quality was better

i'm now back up to original weight in may (171 this morning). estimate 8% bf lost. pix tell the story.

couldn't done it without you crazy motha fukas! ef where its at yo.
 
Was at a bar for a birthday and saw a few people I haven't seen in awhile. While they never brought up the 'roids' they were just gushing about how huge I have gotten and the wink...

I just told them I eat right, lol.
 
yep....which you probably actually DO eat right....compared to them and a lot of people.....its no joke when people see the contents of your fridge ("hey where's the beer?" lol) and the 5 pails of whey and mass gainers on top of it.....

wish i had before and afters of my quads....damn, my legs did real good on this one, as well as my back big time....surely you can deduce that just from the upper pics
 
Conrats pittbull. Your hard work is definitely paying off. Sounds to me like some of your band mates are just jealous as hell. They probably have no idead the kind of self discipline it takes to live your lifestyle.

PS. I also play in a group and have to listen to the same kind of crap. I'm married though, so I always go home with the wife, lol!

not sure if the 5150 in your handle is coincidence, but i play through a 5150 van halen signature series.... (the original) :garza: that sucker rocks!!
 
no matter how much size you put on, just saying you are taking protein and creatine will satisfy people every time...

i went from 125 the beginning of sophmore year in college to 165 end of sophmore year, to 198 junior year, and the protein/creatine line worked every time
 
Just looked at your before and after pics. Very impressive. You deserve to eat a couple of pizzas!

The 5150 in my handle is in reference to the van halen signature series. I run the amp through a 4x12 Mesa cab, and I agree--it freakin' screams!

again, wish i had better lighting and camera....i'll get better ones sooner or later....you can really tell a difference as a good shot will show the striations, etc.....that shot don't even do justice to my chest :(

and again....none of this progress would've been possible without help from the *good bro's* at EF

and its looking like proforms win is gonna really tighten me up these last few weeks.....props
