I took 1 am and 2 pm yestreday . Today i took 3 before workout, felt great.
I am putting in the order already for another on and for the LS3.

BTW great product, i tried many felt burners before but get headache or jittery, o nothing at all.
This one made me fell "happy" without any side effects, no crash, amd lots of energy, I was ready for the carnaval in Brazil. LOL I went to the gym did a shadow box xlass and had energy for the cycle, unfortunatly there was no space.
